There’s no one size fits all training model and that’s why we have TWO TRAINING OPTIONS for you to choose from.


OPTION 1 – LIVE WORKOUTS – 2 PER WEEK

Visit www.facebook.com/southpacificstkilda and scroll through the page to watch over 150 workouts across 10 programs.  You can enjoy the mix between high & low intensity workouts with some of Melbourne’s greatest instructors.
